1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gk23 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses or uses the gk23 website located at gk23.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, or services operated under the gk23 brand.

By completing the registration process, logging into your account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the gk23 platform, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is legally binding and creates an enforceable agreement between you and gk23.

gk23 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of gk23 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The gk23 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. gk23 may request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the payment source where possible, and all bonuses and winnings generated during the underage period will be voided.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create a gk23 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You must not use fictitious names, false identification, or another person's personal details.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on gk23. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, gk23 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bonuses received across those accounts, and suspend withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Verification (KYC)

gk23 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. gk23 may carry out KYC checks at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time during your use of the platform.

2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

gk23 is operated and marketed for use by residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and solely at their own discretion. gk23 makes no representation that access from outside Bangladesh is lawful in all jurisdictions, and reserves the right to block access from any territory at its sole discretion.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your gk23 account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, ensuring that your contact details remain accurate and up to date, and logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared device.

You must notify gk23 support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. gk23 cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gk23 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved payment channels. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gk23 does not accept international wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the platform's cashier section.

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed within the gk23 cashier section at the time of each transaction. gk23 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. As a general guide, the minimum deposit via bKash and Nagad is ৳500, while the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 for verified accounts.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified players are typically processed within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. gk23 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending KYC verification, fraud investigation, or where a player has an outstanding active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met.

4.4 Third-Party Payments

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified payment method registered in your name. gk23 strictly prohibits third-party deposits and withdrawals. Any funds received from an unverified or third-party source may be frozen pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gk23 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to major cricket tournaments and Bangladesh cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

Standard wagering requirements apply to all bonuses awarded by gk23. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real money is used first; bonus funds are used thereafter.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where specific cashback promotions expressly permit this.

6 Betting Rules

All sports betting on gk23, including cricket betting markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, is subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific rules for individual markets are available within each event's market listing on the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only when gk23's system has processed and accepted it, and a unique bet reference number has been issued. A bet receipt displayed on screen constitutes confirmation. If you do not receive a bet reference, the bet has not been placed. Network errors or device failures that prevent receipt of a confirmation do not obligate gk23 to honour a bet that was not received and processed by its system.

6.2 Odds & Pricing

Odds displayed on gk23 are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked at the price displayed at the time the bet was accepted. In-play odds fluctuate continuously; gk23 is not liable for delays between odds changes and their display on the player's screen due to network latency.

6.3 Void Bets

gk23 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; there is evidence of match-fixing or result manipulation; or regulatory requirements demand it. Voided bets are returned to the player's account as real-money funds equal to the original stake.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits per bet and per day are set by gk23 and may vary by sport, market, and event. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant market section. gk23 reserves the right to limit, reduce, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

7 Casino & Slots Rules

• Using gk23 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gk23 staff, support agents, or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gk23 platform — including but not limited to the gk23 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, database structures, odds data, and game content — is the intellectual property of gk23 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gk23 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the gk23 platform or its content without the prior written consent of gk23. Systematic scraping of odds data, game results, or any other platform data using automated tools is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in a manner consistent with the principles of fair dealing and equitable resolution. gk23 operates as an entertainment platform and endeavours to resolve all disputes informally through its customer support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to engage in good-faith negotiation with gk23 before pursuing any formal dispute resolution process. gk23 aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within five business days and to reach a resolution within 30 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

gk23 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access gk23 from outside Bangladesh do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
